Description
Chinese Yuan Ji Dance is a mixture of martial arts, physical therapy, meditation, dance and qigong exercise. This multicultural dance promotes health and well-being for all. The enjoyment of Yuanji dance is very beneficial for mental, spiritual and physical well being.
Masks are optional for indoor programs. No drop ins, Guests, No free day passes.
