In kickboxing participants engage in a series of high-intensity exercises, including punches, kicks, knee strikes, and defensive maneuvers. The primary focus is on developing cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and coordination.
Cancellation request must be made in writing 14 calendars days prior to the start of the activity. $10 processing fee applies to each activity cancellation requested by the participant. No Refunds will be made for requests received LESS THAN 14 calendar days prior to the start of the activity.
