Series of workshops for adults who want to use art as a relaxation tool and help heal the body, mind, and spirit. We will create a safe and nurturing space for group participants to explore and express feelings and thoughts within themselves for the purpose of discovering and developing a more authentic sense of self and positive vision in life.
