About This Activity
Using the latest LEGO SPIKE Essential Robotics, discover what you can create, build, and code. Combine Lego bricks with intelligent hardware, a 2-Port Hub, Motors, Light Matrix, and Color Sensor, block coding and Lego Mini-fig characters and their story to construct space rovers, helicopters, catapults, a snow mobile, crazy carnival game, swamp boat or a battle bot. Next create a virtual background scene to enhance the character’s story. Add in more LEGO bricks and KEVA planks to create ziplines, Plinkoboards, marble mazes, buildings, bridges and vehicles, along with Scratch programming to code projects. Students learn the fundamentals of engineering, robotics and architecture.
