Description
Healthy Eating WorkshopThis workshop is Facilitated by Food Share
In this workshop parents will gather together to learn, socialize and make a healthy vegetable salad, homemade dressing and a fruit salad. Parents will learn how to support picky children eating habits and encourage participation. Help parents become familiar with the Canada's Food Guide. Welcome questions regarding the activity and how they will introduce these new ideas at home.
