Description
| Find time to rest and relax as you are led through a series of simple and fun activities that will help you disconnect from technology and connect with nature. Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, often translated as “forest bathing” or “forest therapy”, immersing yourself in forests and other natural environments has been shown to support healing and wellness. September's walk will meet at the Nature Center. October and November walks will meet at Merkle Cabin. Ages: 18+ |
