This session is geared for people with physical or neuro diversities and their family members.
At Adaptive Recreation, we recognize that transportation is often a challenge, some of our participants relying on family members, ride shares, or public transportation to attend their favorite activities and programs.
Join us at the Adaptive Recreation Center for a presentation by Joan Freeman, the City of Scottsdale's Paratransit & Trip Reduction Specialist. Joan will provide information on the City's Cab Connection taxi voucher program for Scottsdale Residents with disabilities, the Valley Metro RideChoice Program, and Valley Metro ADA Paratransit Service.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions. This is a chance to learn about additional transportation resources in order to make informed decisions regarding transportation for you or your loved one.
Everyone, including parents/guardians and caregivers, who plan to attend should register for this session.
