Description
Pilates strengthens your core and therefore your overall strength and stability. This beginner-to-intermediate class will focus on the core principles, movements and breathing of classic Pilates. The initial 2 to 3 sessions especially focus on these core essentials so that you are able to ramp things up and move quickly & comfortably through beginner/advanced beginner and then into intermediate levels of this whole body exercise regimen. All levels are welcome. Class is performed standing and on the mat.
