Arrive on time-5:45 pm. No admission to the class will be granted after 5:59 pm, class begins promptly at 6 pm.
Remove your shoes-You may wear grip socks if you'd like. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
What to bring-A water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one, we have mats available.
