Zumba® fuses song styles, tempos, rhythms, and dance themes from around the world to create a dynamic and effective fitness system that feels more like a party than a workout! The steps are easy to follow and incorporate elements of Latin dance, Swing, Hip Hop, Disco, Belly Dance, Folk Dance, and more. The fun and exciting combination of dance choreography and fitness moves work the entire body, targeting major muscle groups and providing a beneficial cardio workout. Come join the party!
