What is REVIT? REVIT is a building information modeling (BIM) software that allows individuals to design architectural structures and building systems in a 3D environment. REVIT allows users to create detailed structures and collaborate with other members of the design team in the same project. Designs in REVIT are not limited to geometry and can include exceptional detail. This software is used by architects, engineers, designers and contractors. This entry level class will explain the basics of interacting with the software. Students will create architectural models and learn how to work with structural components, dimensions and sections.
