Description
Experience Hammel Woods like never before. Paddle up the DuPage River to enjoy the spectacular views of the woods. On the way back, let the lazy river lead the way. Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet, and don’t forget your sunscreen, sunglasses and a water bottle. Previous kayaking experience is required, as this is a recreational program and not an instructional paddling program. All equipment is provided, including personal flotation devices. Both the launch and trail from parking lot are paved.
Ages 12 or older. (Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult).
