Come join Ula Naszynska-Spitzer certified athletic therapist for a fun ball class that is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced individuals. Learn how you can do a full body workout on your exercise ball and strengthen up your postural muscles while having fun! The MRC has exercise balls available, to make sure there are enough, please indicate whether you will be brining your own or will want one provided.
