If you or a loved one has been impacted by trauma, or you just want to learn about the impact of trauma on an individual’s health, this class is for you! Join us as we discuss the impact of trauma over a lifetime, and how we can break the cycles of multigenerational trauma. Through education, awareness, and connections to area resources, individuals become empowered with the capacity to heal. Instructed by Melinda McClain-Magee, Trauma Awareness Facilitator.
