Description
Line dancing requires body movements accompanied by complex brain functions. This increase of brain activity helps the participant to develop new synapses and improve connections between neurons. This increased connection allows for better memory recall and problem-solving capabilities. Reduce Stress, Increase Mental Capacity, Improve posture and balance. Provides opportunity to socialize and meet people and have FUN!
