About This Activity
Description
Learn basic self-defense techniques, including kicking, falling, striking, and grappling ground defense in a welcoming environment. In addition to technical self-defense skills, you will gain confidence, discipline, and physical fitness.
Self-Defense class is located at the Bob Keefer Center (250 S. 32nd St.).Please wear comfortable and easy to move in attire, bring reuseable water bottle.Instructor: Angeline
