Description
Join your friends for our 5K Walking Club program in Fitness in Therapeutics! We will meet weekly for 11 weeks to enjoy the fresh air while we build our endurance to participate in a fun 5K on November 9. This year, we will continue the program after the 5k to learn about recovery and stretching!The Fun F.I.T. 5K is an event that TR is hosting and inviting peers from other recreation programs, community members, and vendors from throughout the city to celebrate all our participants' hard work!*Change in location – We will be meeting at Azalea to train. Closer to the 5K, we will transport and begin walking the route at Walter Fuller!*
