Description
Join us for a Swim Technique class, specially designed for seniors! This class will focus on improving swim techniques with personalized instruction. We’ll cover key skills while providing lanes for those who simply want to enjoy lap swimming. A basic knowledge of swimming is required. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique or get in some exercise, this class offers a supportive and enjoyable environment for all skill levels!
