About this event
club intro and bio Amazing Animal Kingdom Club K-5 Curriculum activities will be tailored to the age and curiosity of the participants. These will include videos, lectures, hand-outs, coloring, and games. Students will learn about animals in their current habitat, life on prehistoric earth, animal classification, and natural selection, etc. Explore the life and history of your favorite animals: whale, octopus, cat, dog, horse, dinosaur, and primates (including humans). Carol Pharo, B.A. Penn State and M.M. New England Conservatory, will guide this fun exploration of animals for grades K to 5. The club is an opportunity to share her lifelong interest in biology, genetics, paleontology, and evolution.
