Description
Low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.Appropriate swimwear is Mandatory. No Swimwear No Swim.No Basketball Shorts. No Cotton Clothing. Rubber-soled swim shoes allowed.
Session runs November 9th - December 14th.Saturdays at 9:00am - 10:00am
Note: November 9th, 16th and 30th will have a substitute instructor.
