INSTRUCTOR: ROBYN PAINO
BIO: While being a resident of Sunset Hills for 22 years, I am also a wife, mother of 4, and yoga teacher. I have been teaching for 5 years, and practicing for 10. St. Louis allowed me to acquire my 200RYT certification, then earning my 500RYT in Maui, HI.
It has been an honor to give to others this practice that has given so much to me. In using this modality to help in the smallest way, I’m inviting you to join me in raising funds through yoga and meditation at Sunset Hills Community Center for hurricane relief!
