This workshop, a collaboration between Ah Haa School for the Arts and Tri-County Health, offers a safe space to explore and express grief while healing through artistic creation. No prior art experience is necessary. Through a guided painting class using various art materials, you gain tools to: ● Connect with your emotions surrounding loss. ● Honor memories and create a visual tribute. ● Find solace and release in the creative process. This class is for anyone experiencing grief, whether recent or long-held. What to Bring: Attendees are welcome but not required to bring a memento or photo of a loved one. All art supplies will be supplied by Ah Haa School for the Arts.
