About this event

Join visiting chef Laura Cole for a class in preparing and cooking an entire Alaskan halibut. Participants will learn how to butcher the entire fish, crisp the skins, barbecue the ribs and collar, and filet preparation. A former Top Chef participant (2017), James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Northwest semi-finalist (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) and chef and owner of 229 Parks Restaurant and Tavern in Denali National Park & Preserve, Laura is a master of true Alaskan cuisine.
