Description
Join Tigard Parks & Rec at Potso Dog Park and let’s raise the woof at our annual Howl O'Ween Canine Costume Contest. Prizes will be awarded to the best costumes in the following six categories:• Best In Show (overall) costume• Most creative/innovative/original costume• Best family/group costume• Best celebrity/movie/tv/viral video character costume• Cutest costume• Best human/dog look alike costume
You're sure to have a paws-itively good time!
Registration is encouraged but not required. Check-in begins at 10:30 AM. If you choose not to pre-register, please allow additional time to fill out registration forms and waivers.
The contest begins promptly at 11:00 AM. Those who arrive after 11:00 AM will not be able to participate.
