Kids Kollective: Build a Computer Boot Camp – City Place Toronto Program Overview: Kids Kollective invites kids aged 4-14 to our one-day Build a Computer boot camp at City Place, Toronto! In this engaging 6-hour session, young learners will get hands-on experience assembling a computer from scratch, discovering the purpose and function of each component. Led by an industry expert with over 12 years of experience, this program is designed to inspire curiosity about technology and teach foundational hardware skills. Details: Ages: 4-14 Date: Single-day boot camp Duration: 6 hours Location: City Place, Toronto Capacity: Limited spaces available Program Highlights: Build a Computer: Kids will work closely with the instructor to assemble a computer, exploring hardware basics and gaining a comprehensive understanding of how technology functions. Materials Included: All necessary materials are provided for use during the session. Take-Home Option: While kids won’t take home the computer they work on during class, parents can inquire with the instructor about costs if they’d like to purchase a similar setup for home use. Price: $205 (includes all course materials for the session) Additional Boot Camps Available: Extend the learning! Parents can register kids for two additional boot camps: UX/UI Design and Software Development, where kids can explore user-friendly design and coding fundamentals.
