Overview • Ski Club will meet in December to go over expectations and rules for ski trips • Club will take ski trips Fridays after school on: Jan. 10, 17, 24. 31, Feb. 7, 14 • Pickup is at Loyola at 10:30p on Fridays • Trips will take place at Ski Liberty, Ski Roundtop, Ski Whitetail • Club will be limited to 150 students. The club is open to all Loyola Upper and Middle School students. Only students who attend Loyola may join. • Registration will be first-come, first-served. • Refunds for club withdrawals will not be issued after December 31st. Cost • The cost is $225 (which covers transportation, staffing and other fees) • PLUS the purchase of either an Epic Local Pass or North East Value Pass available at www.epicpass.com. Note pass prices go up Oct. 11 Epic Local Pass 7 - 12 years ($397) *13 - 18 years should purchase Northeast Value Pass as the Epic Local is more expensive for this age group • Good any day at most Vail Resorts (some Holiday Blackouts) • Add $61 PER VISIT for ski/board rental if needed Northeast Value Pass 13 - 17 years ($469) • Good at all Vail Resorts East of the Mississippi with a few holiday restrictions in Vermont and NY • Add $61 PER VISIT for ski/board rental if needed • Rentals are not included with any of the Epic passes. Season rentals can be purchased through Liberty Mountain Resort or Princeton Sports, or you may reserve rentals in advance of trip nights through the Liberty Mountain website. • This program is not recommended for first-time skiers/boarders as NO LESSONS WILL BE OFFERED on ski club trip nights. ** Refunds for club withdrawals will not be issued after December 31st.
