About this event
Warrior YOGA with Amy Kida Fridays @ 10am Come to class with an open mind and leave with an open body! This is a great class for an overall yoga experience. Variety of poses that get your chi moving and your muscles engaged- focus is on feeling, flexibility and releasing. $60 for all 5 classes, or $15 to drop in which will be paid at the door. This class is open to teens 16 and over, or 12 and over accompanied by an adult as well as adults of all ages! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle
