Teacher: Mrs. McKinney Join us for an exciting after school adventure in The Wild Robot Book and Movie Club! Each week, we will read portions of The Wild Robot by Peter Brown and engage in fun activities and creative projects inspired by the book. Through hands-on experiences, discussions, and interactive games, we will strengthen our reading comprehension skills while exploring themes of nature, survival, and friendship. As we journey alongside Roz, the robot who finds herself stranded in the wilderness, we will bring the story to life through art, STEM challenges, and storytelling. Our club will conclude with a special movie screening, where we will compare the film adaptation to the book, discussing similarities, differences, and our favorite moments. If you love stories, creativity, and robots, this club is for you!
