Description
The intent of this group is to provide coach led organized workouts for adults ages 18 & over. We welcome tri-athletes, competitive, open water, and recreational swimmers who are committed to improving their fitness through swimming. Competitions are offered locally and regionally by registering with "TYSM" through United States Masters Swimming. Tryout is not required. This group meets Monday & Friday 6am-7am, and Tuesday & Thursday 6pm- 7pm.
