5K TIME TRIAL PREP SERIES - PART 2: ON WATER Date & Time: Saturday, January 11th from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Location: False Creek Racing Canoe Club (1318 Cartwright Street) Learn how to properly prep and break down how to do a 5K Time Trial while paddling the 5K route. This session of the 5K Time Trial Prep Series will be on the water in Outrigger Canoes paddling along the 5K route. If you took the dryland theory session of this series, apply the knowledge that was learned to this session on the water. IMPORTANT!! ★ This 3-hour clinic is broken into 3 x 1 hour groups. Each group will consist of 8 participants and 2 coaches. This means all participants will be partaking in 1 of these sessions only, and get a 4:1 participant-to-coach ratio focus. All sessions will paddle along the 5K route and learn the tips and tricks for the best 5K possible! After Registration closes (January 5th), an email will be sent to select which group you would like to be in. Group A: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (8 participants) Group B: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (8 participants) Group C: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (8 participants) CAPACITY: 24 participants
