Fun with Fall Leaves!Celebrate the vibrant colors of autumn on your school holiday! On this special day, when school is out, bring the whole family to our beautiful botanical garden for a fun-filled fall activity.
Event Details:• What: A guided leaf hunting walk followed by a creative leaf art session• When: Monday, October 14, 10:30am-11:30am, rain or shine• Where: Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, 9750 Meadowlark Gardens Court, Vienna, VA
What’s Included:• A scenic leaf hunting walk to collect your favorite fall leaves• Cool facts about how nature gets ready for winter weather.• A chance to get creative with a leaf art craft session• Complimentary warm apple cider to sip on as you work!
Registration:• $10 activity fee (plus $3 online processing fee) – Only required for those participating in the leaf art craft.• Accompanying adults are free and do not need to register unless they would like to participant in the leaf craft. • All ages are welcome! • Make sure to sign up early – online registration is required and there is no waitlist. • This event is rain or shine, and no refunds will be provided.
After the Program, feel free to walk around the gardens and lakes (no garden admission needed.) Continue the fun and search for ghosts, pumpkins, and ghouls in our self-guided Halloween Scavenger Hunt and win a prize. Purchase your scavenger hunt activity sheet at the admissions desk - $8.
