Description
Insects & Decomposition Energy cannot be created or destroyed; however, insects and other invertebrates help decompose organic matter and return the nutrients to the soil! Learn the diversity of invertebrates that help break down organic matter on their own and partnering up with fungi to keep the nutrients cycling. Flip over logs, look at bark under a microscope, and search for decomposers creating warmth before the winter comes.
