Recalibrate and get in touch with our ability to have fun, relax, and connect with likeminded women and the natural world! This series will explore whole woman wellness, where a different topic will be featured each week, including: mindfulness in nature, creating probiotic foods, nature journaling, restorative yoga, and more activities to work towards achieving more balance, improving wellbeing and enhancing overall happiness.
