Description
This is an excellent class for anyone who loves to dance, has always wanted to dance, loves music, and wants to use dance for aerobic and core body exercise. This six-week course will get you moving with dance music from different genres including country, contemporary, Latin, and swing! If you've never danced before or want to refine your skills this class is perfect! No Partner needed!
