Boss Walk Club This club is for students interested in getting outside after sessions with classmates and getting in their Boss Walk! A Boss Walk is walking briskly for 45 minutes outdoors in fresh air. Students will learn about all its benefits and what the scientific literature says about the impact it has on health. Students will be asked to make their best effort getting in their boss walk daily through the week and will get a notebook to log them into. Please make sure all needed warm outdoor gear is brought to school. This includes heavy coats, warm hats, flexible snow pants, scarves, gloves, weather appropriate footwear etc… we will walk in all weather unless it is below 0 and or too windy. Remember there are no bad days… only bad preparation. Be Boss💥👟 $40
