This beginner-level class introduces the principles and techniques of Reiki, a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and emotional well-being. Students will learn the history of Reiki, its fundamental practices, and the hand positions used in a Reiki session. Participants will also explore how Reiki can be applied to themselves and others, with an emphasis on understanding the energy flow and how to use Reiki for personal healing. By the end of the course, students will be attuned to Reiki Level I and can practice on themselves and in informal settings. Book and materials supplied. The class is led by staff from Ravenswillow.
