Get ready to welcome in the Year of the Snake with delicious Dim Sum favorites for celebrating Chinese New Year! In this fun, hands-on class, participants will learn to make (and enjoy) the following dishes sure to bring good luck for the new year: pork, cabbage & mushroom spring rolls with hot & sweet pepper dipping sauce, shrimp, rice noodle & scallion jiaozi (gyoza) with soy lime dipping sauce, baked BBQ sweet potato buns, long noodles with Chinese vegetables, and Chinese butter cookies for dessert.
