In this hands-on class, participants will learn to prepare delicious Indian dishes that are sure to become favorites (if they're not already!) On the menu: crispy onion Bhajis (deep-fried battered sweet onions) with curried ketchup, Aloo Samosas (potato & vegetable pastries) with homemade coriander & mint chutney, vegetable tika masala with jasmine rice and fresh-made lemon raita, and fresh-baked naan (vegetarian)Location
