Unwind and rejuvenate in our Restorative Yoga class. This gentle practice focuses on releasing and smoothing fascia, the fibrous tissue that connects every cell in our body. Over time, fascia can harden, causing stiffness and discomfort. Our slow, restorative movements help your body feel more springy, strong, light, and soft.Fascia yoga emphasizes listening to and feeling within your body, offering a unique experience distinct from typical yoga poses. Each class concludes with guided meditation and breathwork, enhancing your relaxation. Perfect for all levels, this class promotes overall well-being, leaving you refreshed and balanced.
