Kick off the new year with strength and determination! Join our Start 2025 STRONG Challenge and commit to making strength training a regular part of your routine. Over 10 weeks, aim to complete 2-3 strength training workouts per week—25 workouts in total—from January 20th to March 31st.Challenge Details:
- Objective: Build strength and consistency in your fitness journey.
- Duration: January 20 – March 31
- Cost: FREE for YMCA members
