Description
Rockwood's Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation in the historic mansion and learn the art of Flow Yoga. Program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am. Please bring a mat, towel, water and blocks if you use them. Adults 16+. Use "Art-Reach2024" coupon code at check out to unlock membership discount - must provide proof of membership at check-in. Max registration 8.
