Description
Learn the basic steps and easy dances for exercise and fun. This class is intended for people without any previous experience. There will be more repetition, very few turns and slower music with a good dance beat. This includes oldies, current, Latin, Celtic and country western music.
Wear comfortable shoes with a low heel or flats.
