Description
The practice of Vinyasa flow yoga pairs the breath with movement and Vinyasa jam pairs the yoga flow with a wide variety of sweet tunes! Yoga poses paired with the perfect playlists. If you are interesting in developing a flow yoga practice (or you're already in love with your practice) and enjoy exploring new and old music, this class is for you! Bring an open mind and a fun attitude- it's going to be great!
Please note that this class is now 8 weeks long instead of 10 weeks. The first day of programming is now September 22, which does not match the Leisure Guide. Additionally, prices have been adjusted. There will be no class on September 15 and October 20, 2024.
Yoga mats and yoga pillows will not be provided; please bring your own yoga mat. Please bring your own water bottle.
Class will be in the Creative Arts Room.
