THIS IS A SINGLE DAY, FREE TRIAL CLASS.The Power Platform is a piece of equipment that allows the body to move through multiple planes of motion. This workout is designed to increase balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness without impact on the joints. Ballet, Tai-Chi, Yoga and Pilates moves, fused together, are performed in this 45 minute class.No class on 9/2
