About this event
Students will focus on fundamentals of painting. Using a direct alla prima approach, we will explore concepts of observations, using light, shadow, value and color to create representational oil painting from still-life’s and photographic reference. The emphasis will be on demonstrations and exercises designed to build your painting technique and skill. Students will choose the subject matter of their paintings as we build upon fundamental concepts. Instruction will be individualized to help facilitate personal painting goals. A Suggested Materials List will be available by contacting the office. Monday Nights, 6-9PM New 10 Classes! , 30 Hours Total
