Description

Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 5. Get a full body workout! Challenge your speed, strength and stamina. Circuits include strength work and bursts of high intensity interval training (Hiit). Modifications are offered so all levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, water bottle and light hand weights. Instructor: Donna Kujat, CPT, over 25 years experience. 8 classes. No class 5/6. (6/10 reserved for makeup class).
