Grades: 12 - Adult. Level 1- 3. SHiNE Light is a branch of SHiNE Dance Fitness™ specializing in low-impact, simple choreography that makes working out easy for every age, build, and fitness level. No jumping required in SHiNE Light! You do not need to be a dancer to enjoy the benefits of this mood-lifting, booty-shaking, music inspired experience. If you have had an injury or have other medical limitations, SHiNE Light is the workout for you! Build your core, increase range of motion, improve endurance, flexibility, and balance. Escape from the stress of the day and look at the brighter side of life. Come and SHiNE™ with us! Fitness that is not only FUN but is also effective.
