Description
Grades: 12th - Adult. Level 1 - 4. Try this class FREE! Yogilates® combines movements inspired by yoga and Pilates providing the strength of a weight workout and the calm of a yoga class. You get a full body workout that tones and strengthens the core, stretches the body, and improves balance and flexibility. Yogilates gives a more balanced and complete workout than other types of fitness classes. With regular practice participants will progress safely and quickly to a stronger, more flexible body and a more relaxed state of being. Yogilates® stimulates and enriches the mind, body, and spirit and is appropriate for people of all ages. This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom.
