Cory Kessler is a Staff Writer for ACTIVE. After spending six years as an educator and coach, Cory joined the ACTIVE team in 2022, turning his passion for education toward helping people live their best, healthiest lives. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with an MA in Creative Writing.
Cory lives in Charlotte with his family and he enjoys endurance and mobility training. He is a certified personal trainer with the National Federation of Personal Trainers with an additional certification as a fitness nutrition coach.
