Come and enjoy a two-lap (2.5k) 5k in Bellows Falls, VT on Saturday, April 5th This is a family friendly event with elementary, middle, high school, and adults running!

Registration: 9am - 10:15am
Where: Central Elementary School. 50 School St. Bellows Falls, VT
The Course: The 5K Course will consist of two 2.5K loops beginning and ending at Central Elementary School
Entry Fee: $20 if Pre-Registered by Saturday, March 29th
$25 from March 31st through RACE DAY
Bib Pickup: Friday April 4th at Central Elementar School from 3pm - 5:30pm
9am - 10:15am at CES on Race Day.
PRIZE FOR TOP MALE AND FEMALE FINISHERS. Medals for everyone! FREE 100 yard dash for kids age 5 and younger. Race T-shirts are available if registration is received by Wednesday, March 12th

2025 Rockin’Ham 5K Race Route
Start - School Street (in Front of Bellows Falls Middle School)

The 5K race will start in front of the Bellows Falls Middle School. Runners will run West on School St. towards Central Elementary School and run the course as listed below.
***Runners will need the full width of School St. The Atkinson / School St. Intersection will need to be blocked until all runners get through. The intersection will only need to be blocked for about 5-10 minutes. The runners will only cross the intersection (East to West) at the very beginning of the race.
2. Run Straight across Atkinson St. onto School St. Ext.
3. Run Straight up ramp towards Prospect St.
4. Turn RIGHT onto Prospect St.
5. Turn LEFT onto Brown St.
6. Turn LEFT onto Blake St.
7. Run Straight onto Playground Rd.
8. Turn LEFT onto Williams Terrace.
9. Turn RIGHT onto Pleasant Street.
10. Turn RIGHT onto Forest St.
12. Turn LEFT onto King St.
13. Turn LEFT onto Lockwood St
14. Turn LEFT onto Pleasant St.
15. Turn RIGHT onto Forest St.
16. Turn LEFT and run DOWN Pine St. (USING ONLY SOUTHBOUND LANE - CONES TO BE PLACED DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD)
17. Turn Right onto George St.
18. Turn Left onto Atkinson St. (USING BREAKDOWN LANE ON SOUTHBOUND LANE SIDE)
19. Turn Left onto Oak St. (USING EAST-BOUND LANE - CONES TO BE PLACED DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD)
20. Turn Left onto Church Place
21. Turn RIGHT onto School St. Ext to begin 2nd lap.
Runners will run the loop two times.
NOTE A. Runners will ONLY run on the section of School St. EAST of Atkinson. St. (Beginning at the BFMS) at the start of the race. When runners run their second lap they will run from George St, taking a LEFT onto Atkinson St., a LEFT onto Oak St., and a LEFT onto Church Pl.
The FINISH of the race will be at the intersection CHURCH Place and School St. facing Central Elementary School.
NOTE B. There will be volunteers at every intersection. The more active intersections may require the presence of traffic control professionals
